Job duties as a Field Supervisor include the following: (other duties may be assigned)
Plans and schedules daily work for field crews including location of work, individual duties, equipment to be used and time required for the job.
Evaluates jobs assigned by the Branch Foreman to determine the equipment and labor requirements and develops a work plan to eliminate unnecessary labor and equipment usage.
Maintains safe, neat and efficient operating conditions, throughout areas of responsibility.
Verify and authorize hours worked by each crew member.
Keeps and provides all written reports and records required by management on a timely basis.
Conducts required safety meetings.
Follows all company safety policies and wears personal protective gear as required.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
H. S. Diploma or equivalent
5 years preferred in refinery or oil and gas
Thorough working knowledge of industrial pumps and projects
Valid drivers license and ability to operate company vehicles
Must be at least 18 years old

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
