We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Controller.
As the Assistant Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our organization.

Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation and regulatory reporting - Collaborate with the Controller to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial goals - Conduct account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data -Conduct Cost Accountant and similar duties.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Support the implementation and maintenance of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management and auditors - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making - Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance C.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing industry - Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis.
