We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies - Conduct property tours and effectively market available units to prospective tenants - Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants - Oversee property maintenance and work closely with vendors to address any repairs or issues - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses - Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) to track leasing activities and generate reports - Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner - Develop and maintain positive relationships with local community organizations and agencies
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field - Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and experience working with LIHTC properties - Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment - Experience in facilities management is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
