Credentialing and Scheduling Coordinator What You Will Do The Credentialing and Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the credentialing and recredentialing processes for all behavioral health providers who provide services for CARES.
Maintains up-to-date data for each provider in the credentialing databases and online systems and ensures timely renewal of licenses and certifications.
The Credentialing and Scheduling Coordinator is also responsible for the coordination and scheduling of behavioral health staff therapy sessions (Applied Behavior Analysis, psychiatry, testing, and therapy).
Assists with maintaining many complex systems and calendars related to scheduling and credentialing operational needs and demands.
Furthermore, the Credentialing and Scheduling Coordinator is expected to safeguard all client sensitive information at all times.
The Credentialing and Scheduling Coordinator must also interact with all staff, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Shifts Available Full Time - Hours and schedule TBD Salary Range In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.
48 and $33.
36 per hour.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Requirements for Consideration:

Degree or year for year experience in an administrative position in lieu of a B.
A.
Degree.
A minimum of two (2) years in an administrative position.
Proven computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
Ability to travel, up to 15% of the time.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to shift focus quickly, meets deadlines, and effectively manages details.
Proven ability to work cooperatively and congenially with other employees.
Preferred Two (2) years of relevant scheduling experience One (1) years of relevant credentialing experience Knowledge of the Applied Behavioral Analysis industry.
Bilingual preferred in a threshold language as defined by contract.
