Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, specifically regarding asphalt paving work, including but not limited to digging, lifting, and carrying materials - Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Perform general maintenance and repairs on construction equipment Skills:
- At least 3 years of construction experience needed - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Note:
