Under the direction of the One-Stop Site Supervisor, research and locate employment opportunities for One-Stop Center clients; develop and maintain effective working relationships with various employers and employee groups, partner agencies and other organizations; provide case management services for employers and clients.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Any combination equivalent to:
graduation from high school supplemented by college-level coursework in business, career counseling or a related field and two years of experience in an employment training agency or related field.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California driver's license and proof of current California auto liability insurance at time of appointment, and throughout employment in this classification.
Personal transportation for job-related travel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS COVID 19 Vaccination Requirements:
Per the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidelines, facilities such as Public Health, Behavioral Health and Corrections may have additional requirements that would apply to new hires, transfers and current employees.
Individuals seeking an exemption from this requirement for medical or religious reasons should contact the Human Resources and Risk Management Department.
A valid driver's license may be required at the time of appointment and employees may also be required to drive their own vehicle and provide proof of liability insurance as per Vehicle Code VC 160020.

This position may require pre-employment drug test, physical examination, and fingerprinting for a background investigation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
